Kalva Engineers Pvt ltd commenced its operations in April 2000 by graduating from Kalva institute of NDT & QM
which was in operations since 1995 and is an India based organisation.

who is a qualified metallurgical engineer and an ASNT NDT level III , ACCP Level III, En 473 Level III in UT, RT, MT & PT besides his management qualifications.

His experience spans over 25 years in training, inspection, consultancy covering various sectors of industries both national and international. He is member of Certification Management Council, USA, American Society for Non Destructive Testing, USA and many other International societies. His rich expertise is recognized and honored with “European Quality Award” by Europe Business Assembly and also recognized as Expert from “Who’s Who” International society.

With his ex-ordinary leadership the company has shown exponential growth in just 15 years of time with a turnover of 3 Million INR and won the merits of many national and international companies.

The company that started with a single branch in HYD has expanded to 5 indian branches and 3 International branches.

The company that started with training division it has become a international NDT Organisation.

The company has well qualified and experienced Manpower including Tars from various prestigious organisations to render as consultants and advisors.wo Level III personnel, AWS, CSWIP certified personnel, KALVA drafts personnel having experience more than 35 years

K. Jayalakshmi ( Jaya ) ( age 36 years )
Executive Director: An Indian qualified post graduate in public personnel management, MBA. She is the Executive Director and General Manager. Manages day to day operations at Kalva, India. A veteran in personnel management and administration, accounts .

VVV Brahmaji (VVB ) ( age 29 years )
ASNT NDT Level III and Senior Manager – Business Development, young and energetic Metallurgical engineer with a post Level III qualification experience of four years and has the experience of handling middle east projects for the company. VVB heads the International business.

Hari BV (Hari) (age 40 years)
Senior Manager – Training development at Hyderabad with more than 15 years of marketing experience responsible for training development in the company and overseeing operations in five branches. Hari is training division head.

CSR Murthy ( CSR) (age- 70 years)
